AfterCheck help
Analytics and exports
AfterCheck includes basic operational analytics so you can understand how feedback is coming in and what needs follow-up.
Included summaries
The current analytics surfaces cover:
- total trusted or verified responses
- Positive, Neutral, and Needs attention split
- open follow-up count
- status counts
- campaign snapshots
- request response counts
- source snapshots
- next-action click counts
AfterCheck separates raw email-link activity from submitted feedback responses. Obvious scanner or prefetch activity is filtered before response totals. See Email scanners and link prefetching for how to interpret early request-link activity.
Advanced charts, longer history, saved views, scheduled reports, cross-location reporting, and BI-style comparisons are later paid-plan surfaces.
Manual CSV exports
Use Exports for manual portability:
- Responses CSV exports raw feedback records.
- Requests CSV exports tracked request records.
- Campaign summary CSV exports campaign-level performance fields.
Manual exports are available now. Scheduled exports, hosted reports, and BI connectors are planned for later.
