Trash and restore
Move requests or responses out of active work and restore eligible records.
Moving a tracked request or response to trash removes it from active lists without immediately erasing its history.
What moves to trash
- A request in trash is excluded from active request work.
- A response in trash is excluded from active feedback work.
- Existing delivery and provider evidence is preserved.
- Moving a record to trash does not replay email or provider work.
Workspace Owners can restore eligible records for 30 days. Open the relevant **Trash** page from Requests or Feedback Inbox and choose **Restore**.
If both a request and its response are in trash, restore the request first. Restoring either record does not resend email, re-run webhooks, or repeat other provider actions.
